Slow Braised Beef Oxtail

Creamy mash and sauteed greens!

Ingredients:
Beef oxtail, onions, carrots, garlic, celery, bay leaves, seasoning blend, stock, red wine, fresh herbs

Heating Instructions:
From frozen. Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 55-60 minutes
